Returns and Exchanges

Delta V is committed to customer service and satisfaction. We get it, our products are expensive. We expect them to last, you should too. We don’t set a time limit on the repair or, if irreparable, return of a product that is defective or fails under use that is reasonably expected.

Contact us immediately if you need product, repair or warranty support.

Although we will process these requests on a case-by-case basis, Delta V stands by our products and we hold ourselves to a high “make it right” standard.

Please note that modifications to any product as it comes from us will void the warranty.

To initiate a repair or warranty claim, please CONTACT US first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

Complete the form and include it, with the product to be repaired, in a well padded package.

Return to the Delta V address on the RMA form. PLEASE NOTE, we will not process warranty claims without a completed RMA form.

Upon receipt, please allow 7-10 business days for Delta V to process the claim. We will contact you upon completion.
